How much will it cost?

just a note on the industry standards; normaly there are two ways of compensation for a management company for its service:

• the consultant of your event gets a commission from the service partners involved (hotels, resorts, domestic management companies (DMC)) based on the expected revenue generated for them.
• the client pays directly the management agent/consultant a service fee per hour/day or based on the entire project.

To me the client´s requests have got top priority - client´s needs come first!
Therefore I do not accept commissions paid by the service partners!
I deeply believe that financial ties create undoubtedly dependencies and therefore surely might have a certain impact on which service partner to choose. I am convinced that objectivity cannot be guaranteed as soon as commissions are involved!

The cost is entirely depending on the service you require and the level of work involved. I am NOT focussed on the highest commission. My goal is to find and hire the best service partner in order to satisfy my client´s needs and to achieve the best results!
